Welcome to Hotel Barge Athos
The French Hotel Barge Athos was built in 1964 as a commercial sand, grain and wine barge and was converted into a luxury hotel barge in 1982. Her association with wine continues today as she gracefully meanders through the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France.

Athos is fully air conditioned and accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms each with ensuite private bathrooms. Guest cabins can be configured as either 2 twins or with a queen bed.
The traditionally decorated, comfortable salon, dining area, and bar are perfect places to relax.
The very large sundeck is equipped with comfortable hardwood deckchairs, and a large table for outside dining. A permanent large hydraulic canopy provides shelter from the sun and rain. This canopy lowers and raises when cruising under bridges and allows passengers to remain seated on deck. Very practical.
An English-speaking crew of five efficiently attends to your comfort and entertainment, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
