Sunday, Day 1 - Tanlay

Guests are met at a designated meeting point in central Paris and transferred by private chauffeured minibus to La Belle Epoque. A full crew Welcome Aboard with champagne and canapés, then an opportunity perhaps for a stroll through the grounds of nearby Château de Tanlay, before enjoying your first dinner on board and an introduction to Burgundy's excellent cuisine.

Monday, Day 2 - Tanlay to Lezinnes

Wake to the aromas of ground coffee and French patisseries before heading off to enjoy your first round of golf at the challenging Golf Château de Tanlay situated in the park of this spectacular Burgundian castle. This 9-hole course covers 2668 meters and was designed in 1989 by the highly acclaimed architect Antoine d'Ormesson who is responsible for some of the most amazing golf course designs worldwide. Return to the barge for lunch and a late morning cruise to the village of Lezinnes. Late afternoon take a tour of the vineyards and town of Chablis and enjoy a private wine tasting at one of the renowned family-run wine houses, which make the most of the region’s wonderful local terroir to produce high quality wines. Dinner on board. (9 holes, Par 35, 2668m)

Tuesday, Day 3 - Lezinnes to Ancy-le-Franc

After breakfast, we continue our lazy cruise along the Burgundy Canal to our mooring at Ancy-le-Franc. Here, if time allows, we visit the beautiful symmetrical Chateau d’Ancy-le-Franc, a 16th century masterpiece containing France’s biggest collection of Renaissance murals, set in magnificent gardens and parkland. After lunch onboard we drive to Domaine du Roncemay Golf and Country Club a magnificent international private golf course in a setting of woodland, lakes and landscaped gardens. Dinner on board. (18 holes, 72 par, 6219m)

Wednesday, Day 4 - Ancy-le-Franc to Ravières

A truly unique day lies ahead. Following breakfast aboard we head to Les Riceys, the only wine growing area of the Champagne region to have three Appellation d’Origine Contrôlées. Here we visit Maison Taisne Riocour, viewing the vineyards and winery before tasting some of their champagnes. We then head to Château de Ricey-Bas; with its 12th century vaulted cellars and thousand year history it’s the ideal location to appreciate the rolling vineyards and enjoy a glimpse of family life in a rural château. Here we will be greeted for a Champagne aperitif and a gourmet lunch with the Baroness herself, which we take in either the private salon or the atmospheric vaulted 13th century kitchen. We will spend the remainder of the afternoon strolling the beautiful gardens or exploring the regal château interiors. We return to the barge and begin our cruise to Ravières, with plenty of opportunity to walk or cycle along the towpath… or sit on deck with another glass of bubbly. Dinner on board.

Thursday, Day 5 - Ravières to Montbard

Morning cruise, with more excellent walking and cycling opportunities, to Montbard passing the 18th-century Forges de Buffon. After lunch we drive to the magnificent Château de Chailly golf course set in symmetrical composition in front of a 16th century château façade with fairways curving back in line with the round tower. With both lakes and a river on this course, water plays an important part during your game. Return to the barge at Montbard for Dinner. (18 holes, Par 72, 6146m)

Friday, Day 6 - Montbard to Venarey-les-Laumes

Morning cruise through woodlands and rolling fields, with great towpath biking and walking opportunities, past the tiny canalside villages of Nogent, Courcelles and Les Granges followed by a stroll around the hilltop village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was set, or a tour the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. After an early lunch we depart by minibus to the challenging Golf de Beaune Levernois built in 1990 within a framework of relaxation and greenery deep in the heart of winegrowing Burgundy. This long technical course with 9 lakes and bunkers of white sand welcomes both international competition and demanding amateurs. Captain's Farewell Dinner on board. (18 hole, Par 72, 6129m)

Saturday, Day 7 - Venarey-les-Laumes
